Why should I have my windows professionally cleaned?

A- Clean windows are the best first impression that you can have on anyone that visits your home or business. We use professional grade products and specialized techniques to achieve an end result that cannot be matched.

Is Appearances Window Cleaning Insured and Licensed?

A- Yes. We carry all of the needed general liability and workmans comp insurance. Copies of our insurance can be sent to you upon request. We don’t recommend using any company that does not carry insurance.

What is included in a standard window cleaning service?

- Wash windows using environmentally safe cleaners
- Wipe dirt and smudges off of sills and frames (exterior too)
- Dust off dirt from screens
- Remove cobwebs and additional debris from windows
- Final inspection of all windows to ensure that they meet our standards of cleanliness
*For an additional cost we can remove hard water stains and scrape off excess paint from windows and hand wash screens using soap and water

How often should I have my windows cleaned?

Home: Exterior Windows twice per year
Interior Windows once per year

Storefronts: Exterior every 2-4 weeks
Interior every 4 weeks or as needed

Restaurants: Exterior and Interior every two weeks

Office Buildings: Exterior every 3-6 months
Interior every 6-12 months

How much do you charge?

Our prices are very affordable and consistent with industry standard pricing. We’re not the cheapest cleaner in town nor are we the most expensive. We’ll be happy to come by for a free estimate for your home or business. We encourage our homeowners to use our “instant bid” program for a quicker turnaround.
